Meet Lara Berthiaume.

I am a licensed, insured, Certified Professional Advanced Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience and training.

I have been a full-time professional massage therapist since 1999. Throughout my career I have worked with many different clients and a broad range of physical issues. Besides my basic training in Swedish massage, I have studied extensively one-on-one with several teachers of structural integration and Clinical Deep Tissue. My clientele benefits from basic stress-releasing work, as well as relief from specific medical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis. I have a passion for my work, and I am dedicated to continuously learning adjunct bodywork skills through experience and external studies.

I enjoy being close to my family and am a big animal person. I am inspired by nature and enriched by traveling. I have a love for the East where I discovered the principles of Hinduism and Buddhism. I have always known that I wanted to be a professional masseuse—to me, it is such spiritually rewarding work and keeps me in touch with myself as well as the human spirit.

I'm very excited to announce my new location and collaborative collective space with a group of Professional business women!
