Meet Lara Berthiaume!

I am a licensed, insured, Certified Professional Advanced Massage Therapist.

I offer a wide range of Massage Therapy modalities and have over 25 years of experience and training.

I have been a full-time professional massage therapist since 1999. Throughout my career I have worked with many different clients and a broad range of physical issues. Besides my basic training in Swedish massage, I have studied extensively one-on-one with several teachers of structural integration and Clinical Deep Tissue. My clientele benefits from basic stress-releasing work, as well as relief from specific medical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis. I have a passion for my work, and I am dedicated to continuously learning adjunct bodywork skills through experience and external studies.

I enjoy being close to my family and am a big animal person. I am inspired by nature and enriched by traveling. I have a love for the East where I discovered the principles of Hinduism and Buddhism. I have always known that I wanted to be a professional masseuse—to me, it is such spiritually rewarding work and keeps me in touch with myself as well as the human spirit.
